Question    12/6/2007 via Website
1. Why can't the privacy form be filled out online??

2. Why do you share information with third parties
on an opt-out basis, anyway? Allstate doesn't,
which may be a deciding factor when I decide whether
or not to replace my AAA membership with Allstate
road service.

Dear Michael Burden,

We are affiliated with other companies that may be of interest to our members. With our members interest in mind we

Question    12/11/2007 via Website
One of the checkboxes is to opt out of sharing
information with NON-affiliated 3rd parties.

This would seem to indicate that you are SELLING your
customer information.

Question    12/13/2007 via Website
Which roughly translates as "We aren't making enough
profit from your membership, so we're going to sell
your information to marketers so they can harass you.
If enough people forget to opt out, the CEO might
just get that new addition on the house next year!"

Or are you really expecting me to believe that AAA is
doing this all for my benefit and that AAA isn't
getting a dime from those "non-affiliated third parties"?
